We posted earlier about Cavotec Norway‘s delivery of radio remote controls used to power heavy machinery that is cleaning up a Norwegian bombing training field.

Now this project is getting some attention in the Norwegian media.  Norway’s Teknisk Ukeblad has a piece on the project, including images.  It’s an exciting project so we are glad it has captured the media’s attention.

  1. Tony says:

Remote controlling heavy machines to clean up bombing test sites?! Wow, and moreover that its in Norway – the land of peaceful people.

Sometimes you must wonder, why do countries test bombs. At that rate, why do countries build bombs?, thats like saying whos got the biggest gun, sword or even man extension?
Of course the countries with the biggest and most numerous weapons of mass destruction are manifesting the largest desire to be masculin.

Evolve, thats the key here, to evolve and let go of old ideas.

  2. I would like to ask you if you know anything about the brand Durma. I’ve heard it’s good but I want to get some information from people who have some expertise in heavy machinery. Thanks
